Our Experience!
We have joined forces with Eagleview, a US based company specializing in aerial view technology. This enables us to provide our customers with a precise quote eliminating wastage while adjusting our pricing accordingly. Furthermore, one of our Supervisors is on site to fully inspect the project at hand. It is his/her responsibility to ensure the client is aware of any problems that could potentially add additional costs to the job.
To avoid water leaks of all types, we spend extra time and care over all of our projects. Franges are draped and/or replaced while valleys are well caulked of replaced when necessary. Ice pacer is installed all along the roof to prevent frost under the shingles. An additional cover is also there to protect the roof entirely from being exposed to bad elements.
Final Clean-Up!
As the work progresses in replacing the roof, nails, shingles and paper fall to the ground. JBL Siding/Roofing is fully accountable in keeping the worksite clean of debris after each job. As well, all precautions are taken to protect trees, bushes and any articles that surround the home. Our Supervisors will inspect each property and give their stamp of approval only after they receive the customers' stamp of approval and full satisfaction!
